2. Data collected
Sentinel Forces Group collects personal data exclusively through the forms available on the Site. No data is collected automatically (no tracking cookies, analytics tools or third-party trackers are used).

The forms include a hidden technical field (honeypot) designed to filter automated submissions. This field does not collect any personal data.
3. Legal basis for processing
In accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the processing of your data is based on:
- Your consent (Article 6.1.a): when you voluntarily submit a contact or application form;
- Legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f): for the proper technical functioning of the Site (display preferences, anti-spam security).
4. Purposes of processing
The data collected is used exclusively to:
- Respond to your contact requests or enquiries;
- Process and evaluate applications received via the recruitment form;
- Ensure the security and proper functioning of the Site (anti-spam protection).
Data is under no circumstances used for commercial prospecting, profiling, targeted advertising or resale to third parties.
5. Data recipients
Personal data collected is exclusively intended for authorised members of Sentinel Forces Group in the course of their duties. It is not shared with any third party, subcontractor, business partner or organisation, except where required by a mandatory legal obligation.
6. Data transfers
As the Site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd (Cyprus, European Union), data is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA). No transfer of personal data to a third country is made.
7. Retention period
- Contact data: retained for a maximum of 12 months from receipt, then permanently deleted;
- Application data: retained for a maximum of 24 months from receipt, in line with recruitment management best practices, then permanently deleted;
- Technical data (localStorage): stored locally on your device, under your sole control, with no retention period imposed by Sentinel Forces Group.
Beyond these periods, data is deleted securely and irreversibly.
8. How to exercise your rights
With regard to the personal data we process, you have the right to request access, rectification, objection, restriction of processing, data portability, and erasure.
To exercise these rights, you may contact the Data Protection Officer by email (legal@sentinelforcesgroup.com) or in writing (Sentinel Forces Group - Data Protection Officer, address provided on request). Please enclose a copy of your identity card (front and back) bearing your signature so that we may verify your identity.
Your request will be processed within 30 calendar days of the date of receipt. If the complexity of the request or the volume of requests to be processed requires it, this period may be extended to 60 days. You will be informed accordingly without delay.
If you believe that your rights have not been respected, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA):

This right of complaint is without prejudice to the possibility of bringing proceedings before the competent courts, or to any other administrative or judicial remedy.
9. Cookies and local storage
The Site uses no HTTP cookies. The browser's local storage (localStorage) is used for strictly technical purposes:
theme- stores the display preference (light mode / dark mode);cookie-consent- records your choice regarding the consent banner (accepted / declined).
This data is stored exclusively on your device. It is neither transmitted to a server nor accessible by third parties. You may delete it at any time through your browser settings.
No audience measurement tools, behavioural tracking, remarketing or advertising tools are deployed on the Site.
10. Data security
Sentinel Forces Group implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, modification, disclosure, alteration or destruction, including:
- Encrypted communications via HTTPS (TLS);
- HTTP security headers (
X-Frame-Options,X-Content-Type-Options); - Anti-clickjacking protection;
- Honeypot-based anti-spam filtering on forms;
- Complete absence of third-party resources (scripts, styles, fonts are self-hosted);
- Encryption of form data during transmission.
11. Minors
The Site is not intended for minors under the age of 16. Sentinel Forces Group does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If a parent or legal guardian discovers that a minor has submitted personal data without their consent, they are invited to contact legal@sentinelforcesgroup.com to request its deletion.
12. Policy changes
Sentinel Forces Group reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Any material change will be indicated by updating the date shown at the top of this page. You are encouraged to review this page regularly for any updates.
